imedpen® Professional Grade Microneedling & Mesotherapy
Experience the next level of skin rejuvenation with imedpen® microneedling & mesotherapy- clinically proven treatments designed to revitalise your skin from within.
Whether you’re looking to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, minimise acne scars, tighten enlarged pores, improve stretch marks, or enhance overall skin texture, imedpen® delivers long-lasting, natural-looking results.
imedpen® is an industry-leading microneedling device that stimulates your skin’s natural repair process. Using ultra-fine needles, the device creates controlled micro-channels in the skin. This triggers the body’s natural healing response, boosting the production of collagen and elastin- the essential building blocks of smooth, firm, youthful skin.
As new collagen forms, skin becomes visibly plumper, tighter, and more refined. Deep lines appear softened, acne scars become less noticeable, and overall texture and tone improve significantly.
Mesotherapy is an advanced skin rejuvenation treatment that delivers powerful blends of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and amino acids directly into the skin where they can work most effectively. By bypassing the outer skin barrier, these active ingredients stimulate collagen and elastin production while boosting cellular metabolism and overall skin function.
The result is brighter, firmer, healthier-looking skin with improved texture and a visible softening of fine lines and wrinkles.
As a doctor-led clinic, we enhance your microneedling treatment with Hyaluronic Acid Mesotherapy. This is applied while the micro-channels are open so that the hyaluronic acid penetrates deeply into the skin for maximum effectiveness. This advanced combination boosts hydration from within, supports skin repair, and enhances overall skin health- leaving your complexion smoother, clearer, more radiant and beautifully refreshed.
PDRN (polynucleotides) are highly purified DNA fragments that support cellular repair and regeneration. They stimulate fibroblast activity, boost collagen production, improve skin elasticity, and enhance overall skin healing- making them particularly effective for ageing, damaged, or compromised skin.
Exosomes are cutting-edge regenerative messengers derived from stem cell technology. They work at a cellular level to encourage repair, reduce inflammation, improve skin texture, and enhance radiance. Exosomes are especially beneficial for skin rejuvenation, pigmentation concerns, and improving overall skin quality.
When combined with microneedling, these powerful regenerative solutions penetrate more effectively into the deeper layers of the skin, maximising results and accelerating visible improvement.

Our microneedling & mesotherapy treatment sessions take around 45-60 minutes.
The number of sessions varies based on your skin concerns. Many patients see noticeable improvements after three to six sessions spaced four to six weeks apart. From thereon, it is recommended that patients have a treatment every 8-12 weeks.
We will always provide a full consultation to recommend a personalised treatment plan for optimal results.
Microneedling is generally well-tolerated, with most patients experiencing only mild tingling/scratching/pricking sensations.
Anaesthetic creams are not typically used because they can create a barrier on the skin, reducing the effectiveness of the treatment and limiting the penetration of active ingredients.
By allowing the skin to respond naturally, microneedling stimulates collagen and elastin production more effectively, ensuring optimal results.
Any temporary redness or sensitivity usually resolves within 24–48 hours.
Yes, imedpen® is designed to be safe for all Fitzpatrick skin types. Unlike some laser treatments, it minimises the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, making it a great option for a diverse range of skin tones.
Microneedling is a safe, minimally invasive procedure. Following post-treatment care, including sun protection and gentle skincare, helps minimise side effects and ensures the best results.
Some temporary side effects that can occur:
Redness and mild swelling: Often described as similar to a mild sunburn; usually resolves within 24–48 hours.
Sensitivity or tenderness: Skin may feel slightly tender or tight for a day or two.
Minor bruising or pinpoint bleeding: Rare and typically mild; usually resolves quickly.
Dryness or flaking: The skin may peel slightly as it heals and regenerates.
Temporary pigmentation changes: Very uncommon; more likely in darker skin types or with sun exposure post-treatment.
Infection: Extremely rare when performed in a sterile, clinical environment.
Results develop gradually as collagen production increases. Some patients notice a glow within a few days, but the most significant improvements appear over the next four to six weeks, with continued enhancements over several months.
The results of microneedling can last several months to a year, depending on individual skin concerns, lifestyle, and skincare routine.
As the treatment promotes natural collagen production, improvements continue over time. It is advised to undergo a series of a minimum 3-6 initial treatments followed by recurring maintenance sessions every 2-3 months to retain the best possible outcomes.
Microneedling is a minimally invasive treatment with very little downtime. Most patients may notice redness and mild sensitivity, similar to a gentle sunburn, for 24–48 hours. After this, the skin naturally begins to heal, and you can usually resume your regular activities.
Following simple post-treatment care such as protecting your skin from direct sunlight and using gentle skincare & SPF30/50 will help maximise your results.
