Anti-wrinkle Injectables
Anti-wrinkle injections work by gently relaxing targeted facial muscles, reducing their movement and preventing the formation of lines. This helps to soften existing wrinkles and smooth the skin, giving a fresher, more youthful, and naturally revitalised appearance. The treatment is particularly effective for dynamic lines- the wrinkles that appear with facial expressions such as frowning, smiling or raising the eyebrows. Static lines, which remain visible even when the face is at rest, can be more resistant, though they may soften over time.

Anti-wrinkle treatment uses botulinum toxin, a purified protein produced by the Clostridium botulinum bacteria. The toxin works by blocking signals from the nerves to the muscles, preventing them from contracting. Since repeated muscle contractions are what cause fine lines and wrinkles to form, this relaxation helps to smooth and soften their appearance.
Our anti wrinkle treatment sessions take around 30-45 minutes.
You may start to notice results from anti-wrinkle treatment within 4–5 days, with the full effect visible at around 14 days. Results typically last up to 3-4 months. With regular treatments, the results often become longer-lasting and more effective over time.
Discomfort is usually very minimal, and most patients do not need numbing cream. We use the finest needles available on the market to ensure comfort. We recommend taking 1g of Paracetamol one hour before your appointment. Please note, some patients may experience slightly more sensitivity around their menstrual cycle.
Botulinum toxin anti-wrinkle injections are a well-researched and safe treatment. We use tailored, precise doses along with expert technique to achieve natural-looking, flattering results.
Botox is generally safe, but mild side effects can occur. These may include tenderness at the injection site and minor bruising, which usually settles within a few days to a week. You may experience a headache for which we recommend simple paracetamol. Our techniques are designed to keep these risks to a minimum. Any other side effects will be explained before your treatment.
Botox is a minimally invasive treatment that requires no significant downtime. Most clients are able to return to work, daily activities, and exercise immediately after their appointment.
You may notice mild redness, swelling, or tiny injection marks at the treatment sites, which usually settle within a few hours to a day. Avoiding strenuous exercise, alcohol, or excessive heat for the first 24 hours can help minimise these effects and optimise results.
